Job Description

You will be responsible for working with the staff to deliver both an education and life experience.
You will have significant HR experience with an emphasis on employee relations. Operating in a dynamic environment, the post-holder will be able to model a considered, solution-focussed approach and have the communication skills to influence Directors and managers to achieve both regional and organisational objectives in line with the values of the business
You will need to work collaboratively with the other members of the Executive leadership team in delivering strategic actions and manage the people & culture team so they meet business objectives.
You will oversee recruitment and selection and work with the HRD to review the T&C's and also develop a reward strategy that supports talent attraction and retention.
You will work with managers and staff to make recommendations for the continuous improvement of culture and fully promote Equality & Diversity.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent •You will need to be comfortable with leading a team of HR professionals TUPE experience is essential. •Excellent UK Employment knowledge and union experience is essential.
