Job Description

You will be involved in recruitment, ER cases, engagement, and all site generalist HR administrative support. You will support the HR team and business, providing advice and guidance to onsite managers and employees. You will work in a friendly environment with opportunities to expand your HR skill set, getting involved in a variety of HR projects. You will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Officer in a fast-paced manufacturing business.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to be a strong Generalist HR professional. You will ideally have a minimum of a Level 3 CIPD qualification. You will be a hands-on HR professional, who has experience of supporting onsite managers and employees. You will need to have excellent organisation, communication and administration skills.
