We work across all aspects of recruitment - including making offers and completing onboarding processes for new hires in different businesses. Right now, we need Recruitment Coordinators to support seasonal hiring for a significant client, by completing ID and Right to Work documentation verification checks online.
We'll give you extensive training before you work on any candidate files. After that you'll be ready to start verifying documents, progressing compliant records swiftly and identifying any necessary corrective actions. All of this will help our clients to find their ideal new employee, and help employees start work sooner.
Each day you'll have a schedule of work for which you are responsible. This will be allocated by your Team Manager, who will provide ongoing personal coaching and development to ensure you're doing your best, most productive work. We'll help you quickly develop expertise in onboarding, a target-driven mindset, and a keen eye for quality and detail.
