*Provide technical guidance, support to customer in their 'journey' from start to finish
*Oversee and manage IT system and network - MS Azure Cloud
*Install, Manage and improve cloud services for the company and customers


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*IT/technical support experience *Software installation *IT fault finding experience *SQL server/MS server - MS Azure/Amazon Cloud Environments
