Job Description

You'll be educated to HNC level (or recognised equivalent in Project Management or Project Controls) and have demonstrable experience of Cost Estimating, Cost and Data Analysis and Cost Modelling & Assurance.

We would also like you to have the following attributes:

Strong leadership skills and team management/development experience.

Ability to formulate costs and relate these to actual activities across trades.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Estimating software.

The ability to interpret written engineering specifications and technical drawings.

Methodical and thorough with a challenging mind and problem solving abilities.

Lastly, you'll be highly numerate with good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll possess strong stakeholder management in situations of competing priorities and enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment.
