Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Speak with clients and maintain and build on the relationship
- Book in work for the electrician
- Carry out all relative administration
- Work with Excel spreadsheets
- Recruitment of staff
- Using accounting systems
- Some PA related duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong background with Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication • Organisational skills • Ability to complete a range of administrative tasks in a timely manner • Previous experience on using accounting systems (Advantageous) • Bookkeeping experience
