They key responsibility for this role will be to contribute to the development of and to execute the company’s Technical Audit programme and processes, ensuring that all the randomly selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately providing feedback to relevant parties.
You will be required to review all selected claims and associated call recordings, as appropriate, to assess and score claims handling across 40 claims per month. You will propose design improvements and deliver them in conjunction with the Claims Team, Directors, IT and MI Management Team and regularly develop MI reports.
Candidates should have solid Claims handling experience including knowledge of Household policies, have excellent time management and organization skills, possess tact and assertiveness when dealing with internal colleagues and management plus have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
