To be responsible for 360 recruitment and selection activities, including developing job descriptions, assisting with the selection process, through to offer and on boarding.

To assist the Human Resources Manager on the implementation of the HR strategy and policy and to ensure that the company vision is achieved.
Provide advice and assistance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and legislation, ensuring that they are accurately interpreted and up to date information is provided.
Provide advice and support to line managers and employees regarding any change management processes.
To be responsible for liaising with the Payroll and Benefits Administrator and ensuring that any adjustments are accurately recorded in the HR system.
Where appropriate, advise and support appropriate managers to ensure that all staff discipline, appraisal and absence management and performance improvement plans are managed effectively.
To support the Human Resources Manager with the implementation of a number of identified HR projects.
To provide and maintain effective administration processes on a daily basis.
Person Specification
At least 3 years HR experience at a similar level.
Fully or part CIPD qualified with a track record of HR success.
Ability to use own initiative
Team player with a can-do attitude
Experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Hands on and proactive approach
