Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift.

• Providing prompt, courteous and pro-active service to guests
• Preparing Night Audit report and complete night audit process
• Ensuring the security of guests and employees in the hotel at night
• Conducting efficient check in and out in line with brand standards

You must be able to multi task effectively, be enthusiastic and positive with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will have previous experience of working in a similar role, however full training will be provided.
