The Role
We are looking to build on your HR skills and allow you to flourish into that HR leader that you might be dreaming about wanting to become! You maybe working towards a CIPD qualification.
You will be responsible for updating HR documentation for our clients, ensuring their contracts of employment, employee handbooks and policies are up to date in line with employment legislation changes. (Please note, there will be support available to identify what changes in legislation will mean to our clients, their contracts, handbook and policies).
In addition, you will provide support and guidance for our clients, in relation to their HR documentation and employment law queries. For example, a client may require additional contracts or specific amends in their handbook to reflect changes in their business or be looking for guidance on how to introduce new policies and procedures.

Responsibilities & Duties
Our client base covers a wide range of UK industries and businesses, so no two days are the same. You will take ownership of client requests; talking to clients through changes to be made to their HR documentation and providing guidance on Employment Law and best practice.
We will support you to enable you to provide a first-rate service to our clients on a wide range of employment law and HR issues such as terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance, sickness and absence, performance and misconduct, TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, dismissal, employee relations, recruitment etc.

* Good knowledge of HR and Employment Law and we will support you with the rest!
* Have an appetite to continue to learn and grow your knowledge
* Tact, diplomacy, an eye for detail and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
* Display integrity and professionalism at all times
