The Role:
My client have a strong people led culture and as such this isn't a traditional HR role. You will be expected to have the ability to deliver hand on solutions as well as look at the long term strategic plans.
With this commerical mindset you will support the Senior Management Team in the region to help understand what drives the business and how you can impact their people agenda. Working closely with this team you will coach, support, challenge and play a key role in improving leadership capability alongside other areas to deliver an effective people plan.
For this role you will have:
* Experience of working as a HR Business Partner in a customer-facing industry (hospitality, retail etc - essential)
* Availability to start at short notice (within a month ideally)
* Flexibility to travel when necessary
