Oversee the smooth operational running of the hotel throughout the night and in absence of the Front of House Manager.
To act as a Duty Manager on duty for the hotel and to deal with and resolve any complaints, problems, disturbances, special requests, or any other enquiries.
Create a strong, guest focused welcome and departure experience.
Ensure safety, security and compliance of the hotel is a priority whilst on shift.
Ensure clear handovers are detailed / provided to the departing and incoming Duty Managers.
Conducting a night audit process
serving late bar drinks / food
Act as a Fire Marshal in the event of an evacuation
Implement the Disaster Recovery Plan in the Event of a crisis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 1-year experience in a similar Night role within a similar sized hotel. Minimum 1year experience within a 4* Hotel. Strong understanding of OPERA or similar reservation systems would be beneficial.
