The role is newly created to support the expansion of the business and applications are welcomed from experienced HR Advisors who are looking for a role that can develop into a far bigger opportunity for the right candidate.
This excellent role will lead in the delivery of effective end-to-end HR services and to act as a ley enabler to the business, thus ensuring the effective delivery of proactive, business focused HR support and advice.
Key Responsibilities -
• Managing all aspects of day to day HR operations, applying HR Process and advising stakeholders as required
• Supporting the business to enable the understanding and implementation of HR policies and procedures and in line with business goals.
• Work across the HR team to manage the Advisor team on a day to day basis so that cases are being managed fully with a value-added service.
• Deputise for the Head of HR as necessary and actively support, coach and mentor all members of the HR team.
• Work with the Head of HR to lead on HR projects to drive and shape the People Strategy.
• Assume all People Leadership responsibilities associated with managing HR Advisors and Admin.
• Lead the business and provide advice on cost-effective recruitment methods ensuring that role profiles are accurate and fit for purpose.
