Some of the key things that you will take responsibility for will include:

• Providing strategic HR support to key stakeholders across the business
• Managing and developing a team of HR professionals across the region
• Leading on a variety of regional and national HR projects
• Representing the HR team at Senior Management level
• Supporting with the talent attraction and retention strategy
• Overseeing reward and salary benchmarking exercises
