Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong people management skills, having worked in a multi-site environment.
Some of the key things that you will take responsibility for will include:
- Providing strategic HR support to key stakeholders across the business
- Managing and developing a team of HR professionals across the region
- Leading on a variety of regional and national HR projects
- Representing the HR team at Senior Management level
- Supporting with the talent attraction and retention strategy
- Overseeing reward and salary benchmarking exercises
