Job Description

The jobholder will also continually seek to improve processes to ensure the most efficient and commercially effective relevant methods of working across the platforms. Attention to detail is key and is of the upmost importance when it comes to categorizing the product as it comes to site.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Publishing all products that are available for sale across the relevant sites and territories, with the correct: Image, video, product information including category attributes.
  • Working with studio, buying, marketing, IT and the warehouse to ensure all priorities are published in line with business requirements.
  • Managing any problem styles through to resolution to ensure all products are available for sale e.g. missing images.
  • Manually separating each colourway of each product to show separately on the website where required.
  • Holding any products which may be held for launches.
  • Through effective relationships across the brand and understanding of all business needs, continually strives to identify improvements to processes for own job role.
  • Undertakes alternative duties within the department including visual merchandising as dictated by business demands, work load levels and under direction of Head of Merchandising
  • Ensures that all employees within department work in a safe manner
  • Fully understands the fire, emergency and health & safety procedures of the workplace
  • Ensures that all potential and real hazards are taken care of immediately, and are reported appropriately.
  • Works in a safe and responsible manner, within the framework of legislation and workplace specific policies.
  • Is an ambassador for the brand
  • Attends training, meetings and other events as requested by direct manager or senior management, including Head of Human Resources.
  • Assists colleagues by completing tasks outside own job role when requested, including supporting associated companies.
  • Maintains own working area in a professional and organized manner.
  • Always strives to improve the department’s operation and increase knowledge of own and related job functions.
