Reporting into the Rooms Operations Manager. The main roles during the night shift will be to complete the night audit, balancing the days business, managing the front desk tasks such as late check-in and early departures, Admin tasks, meeting room set up, security and cleaning duties. Being Duty Manager for the shift and being empowered to looking after our guests and the property.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate well with others, carry out instructions, and be able to pay close attention to detail. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care. We are looking for someone who: Has worked in hotels or similar environments previously. Has worked as a night auditor, night porter, conference porter role before. Has worked with Property Management systems (PMS) previously is preferable nut not essential.
