Job Description

o   Details of Site Managers or changes of Site Managers

o   Details of Regional Managers changes of Regional Managers

o   Authorisations levels (if applicable)

o   Details of site location addresses

o   Budget values for each site

o   Delivery or other special requirements

o   Adding materials and correcting PO’s in SAP

Maintain accurate records on the website for account closures

o   Ensuring all billing from the supplier is received within a 6-week timeframe

 

o   Ensure supplier has “made obsolete” the accounts so that no further deliveries can be made against accounts

o   Maintain records for new users on the website

o   Ensure correct contact for the account is provided to supplier

o   Ensure account username and password is set up within agreed time period

o   Provide support, guidance and training to new users as needed

·         Maintain records for closing out leavers off the website

o   Ensure contacts are removed from accounts

o   Provide details of any alternative contact as necessary
