The role is a true generalist position where you will work closely with the team of Business Partners to deliver an efficient HR service to the wider business.
Some of the key things that you will be responsible for will include:
Providing HR advice and guidance to Managers across the business
Overseeing the HR administrative side to the businesses - working to maximise efficiency of existing processes
Managing the reward and benefits offering for all employees
Work with other key stakeholders and the wider HR team to really embed a collaborative working culture
Leading on a variety of HR projects such as the introduction of new departmental structures and renegotiation of terms and conditions
