They have had a fantastic 12 months and are looking to bring in someone who has knowledge of how a debt/ income recovery office is. This role is offering fantastic transportation links and high-end local retailers.

You will be involved with the following:

• Liaising with multiple B2B & B2C Clients
• Credit Referencing Clients
• Setting Up Client Accounts
• Sending Dunning Letters
• Being the bridge between the Debt Recovery and Operations Departments
• Reporting to the Income Recovery Manager and Operations Manager
• Assisting with the debt recovery process
