Job Description

You will be able liaise and demonstrate cultural competencies with patients, families and third party stake holders who speak languages such as Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Greek, to name a few. You provide a professional and efficient service to the hospital, ensuring the cultural needs of international patients and families are recognized and met. You will provide a liaison service to patients, consultants and third parties to facilitate the overall care and financial aspects of service to the international patients.

  • Fluent in a second language- highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and positively manage important relationships.
  • Confident and professional attitude.
  • Resourceful attitude, taking initiative to overcome barriers, identify pragmatic workarounds and to deliver under pressure.
  • Pro-active self-starter able to work independently without supervision.
  • Punctual with excellent time management.
  • Good team player with a willingness to provide support to other members of the team.
  • Have an awareness and understanding of cross cultural needs.
  • Experience liaising with the managers and staff at all levels.
