Job Description

·Supporting of technical & compliance data, traceability, accreditations, supplier due diligence, and will liaise with all departments when required, to ensure up to date knowledge & information across all functions is shared.
·Supplier approval and monitoring
·GMP/GHP Audits will form part of this role including necessary line checks - hygiene, allergen management and internal audits etc.
·Keep up to date with process development and relevant legislation
·Collect samples and swabs for microbiological testing as per schedule
·Supporting specification management ensuring that product labelling advice and guidance is accurate and ensuring products are legal.
·Implement and drive technical/quality standards to support and manage the Food Safety Quality Management System (including HACCP) to ensure the business is legally compliant.
Supporting with any non-conformances including investigations of customer complaint, out of specification products.
·Implementing changes to systems and processes when necessary.
