This role requires the successful candidate to support the HR Business Partners with all their administrative processes and ensure they meet the appropriate governance and control in all HR activities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all first line HR queries and administrative processes relating to employees in all business areas
Co-ordinate and deliver the induction programme for all new joiners, together with preparation of induction materials
Responsible for managing the ned to end on-boarding processes for new joiners
Support for bi-annual performance review cycle
Creation of employee probation letters
Provide benefit and payroll administration
Prepare and maintain regular reports
Manage the HR inbox
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD / Degree educated. Strong HR Administration experience. Previous experience in a corporate environment. Tech / MI savvy. Excellent communication skills.
