We are looking for applications from people new to the homelessness sector and experienced managers or case workers ready to make the transition to management.
The role would suit:
People with strong administration skills.
Someone with good communication skills
Someone who has experience of navigating and producing reports from an internet-based casework management suite
People with experience of organizing and prioritizing their workload
Someone who is motivated to deliver a high quality service.
People who would like to develop line management skills.
You will play a key role in the development of our services and your work will contribute to influencing the future of service provision.
You will demonstrate:
Ability to use and collate information using IT packages and software e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word
Ability to priorities and manage workload to meet competing and time sensitive deadlines
Ability to extract relevant information from internet-based casework management suite
