Duties will include:

• Running own client portfolio
• Taking instruction
• Opening files
• Corresponding with clients and debtors
• Issuing proceedings
• Entering judgments
• Taking enforcement action
• Keeping clients advised of each step throughout the process
• Liaising with credit controller and partner
• Assisting partners with marketing
• Ad hoc administration duties such as post, filing and answering phones
