Job Description

In this role, you will spend the first 3 -6 months training up on the Day shift. Once you have completed your training, you will move onto the 4 on 4 off shift pattern, where you will work 2 days, followed by 2 nights. With this shift comes a hefty shift allowance to boost your earnings! You will be joining a strong Facilities team working on equipment such as Compressors, Pipework, HVAC & Industrial boilers (as well as many other pieces of Kit). You do not have to have experience on all of these and there will be excellent internal training and progression to develop your skillset across the board.

The role:
*Preventative and corrective maintenance on Manufacturing Facilities
*Fault finding and repair of technical failures
*Undertaking improvement projects and tasks as part of the maintenance team
*Working a 4 on 4 of shift pattern (2days/2Nights) after completing your Days probation
