Job Description
- Communicating all incoming and outgoing emails
- Taking all phone calls, taking notes, liaising to correct department
- Producing Invoices & Drafting Tenancy and Letting Agreements
- Understanding property procedures ( Licensing, Gas, Electric, Etc.)
- Will learn about DPS, money claims, UC47. Licences
- Producing Rent & Landlord Statements
- Must have good computer skills, and good grammar and language.
