  • Communicating all incoming and outgoing emails
  • Taking all phone calls, taking notes, liaising to correct department
  • Producing Invoices & Drafting Tenancy and Letting Agreements
  • Understanding property procedures ( Licensing, Gas, Electric, Etc.)
  • Will learn about DPS, money claims, UC47. Licences
  • Producing Rent & Landlord Statements
  • Must have good computer skills, and good grammar and language.
