Job Description

Carrying out Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial.
Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports as and when required.
Liaising with clients from all levels on a regular basis, including high profile clients and dealing with issues appropriately and effectively.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The applicant must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification. Will have extensive practical experience working as an asbestos surveyor and within the asbestos industry. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and client-facing skills. Will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package. Well versed with the Health & Safety procedures and regulations pertaining to asbestos.
