Job Description
- Teach learners of all levels and nationalities
- Adapt in-house lessons and materials and combine it with your own planning to deliver lessons that suit your learners' needs
- Deliver high quality, dynamic and engaging lessons
- Encourage communication and give verbal and written feedback
- Create an inclusive learning environment for all students
- Work closely with your colleagues on the academic team to achieve programme objectives
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Confidence in abilities and a passion for teaching
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a 'can do' approach
- Ability to build strong rapport with learners of all ages
- Willing to develop teaching skills and share knowledge/experience with other teachers
- Ability and initiative to work in a fast paced environment
- Minimum level 7 qualification
