The role
We have an exciting vacancy for a People (HR) Services Manager. This is a new role which will sit within the Group People Experience team. The new function has been set up to develop tools that enhance the colleague experience, underpinned with a more robust people infrastructure. There will be a strong focus on simplifying our products, services and processes so we can build a solid platform upon which to support a range of strategic initiatives.
We are looking to hire an experienced People Services Team Leader who will be accountable for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from on-boarding, payroll, benefits management, on-going administration and exit including HR policy development and maintenance. We are looking for someone who can implement a philosophy of continuous improvement, driving improvements in our overall effectiveness and efficiency whilst deploying tools to enhance the manager and colleague experience. Working closely with your counterparts within the People Services teams across our European businesses, we are looking for someone who can operate collaboratively to build standardised processes and procedures that can support the future growth of our business. The role will also have a compliance element, ensuring that all people and payroll related processing is legally compliant, and practices are well understood and applied consistently.

This role will be based at our Manchester office with some home working. Due to the current Pandemic this will be initially home based only.
