Job Description

You will need to deliver lessons to a high standard. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will work with Teaching Assistants on the delivery of subjects and curriculum.

You will be responsible for delivering Person-Centred inspirational education. You will have a full understanding of the statutory framework within which teachers work and apply this, in order to enable our students to flourish and develop.

You will have a proven track record of working with children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs, including those with autism and social, emotional and mental health difficulties. You will have a passion for teaching and learning, and for creating successful opportunities for our students within a nurturing environment.

You will have experience of working in a school environment, as well as possessing up to date knowledge of relevant curriculum development, focusing on current educational policy specifically related to Special Educational Needs.

You will play an instrumental role in helping shape the school and position it as a sector leading provider of inspirational education.
