You'll be an experienced and confident HR Advisor, capable of building relationships quickly and adapting to changing circumstances in order to confidently advise the business effectively, supported by the existing HR Business Partners and Head of People. Due to the impact of COVID19 the workload around absence management and tracking has significantly increased and this will make up a large part of the role, advising managers on best practice and approach around affected employees, whilst maintaining records and tracking accurately. Data extraction, manipulation and reporting will also be very prevalent within this role so strong and excel & reporting skills are essential. you will also cover other generalist HR tasks and have an involvement with policy development and HR projects.
