The role will work with the HRBP's and HR Leadership Team to drive process improvement, drive customer service to management teams and develop the capability of the HR delivery teams.
This role will lead on HRIS improvements and implementations and also get involved in implementing the Diversity & Inclusion strategic objectives.
Suitable candidates will have experience of working in People Services / HR Shared Service Management type roles in large & fast paced businesses. You will have strong employment law knowledge and act as a point of escalation for more complex employee / management queries.
This role is based in Warrington but may involve occasional travel to other sites. The role is offering a base salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 pa + benefits.
