Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Children Residential Support Workers to work with children in care at various children residential homes in and around Plymouth. This role requires you to work with children in the care system to prepare them for life after care. You will not only have to manage challenging behaviour but also work with the children to help them understand their behaviour and how to develop from the skills you can provide.

Working with a supporting team you will have the best opportunity to help these children through their behaviour issues and help them to reach the goals they truly deserve to hit.
