Job Description

The successful candidate will be OH qualified working within a team to deliver an excellent service and provide success to the company.

The role will consist of 20% Case Management, 50% safety critical medicals and health surveillance, including D&A screening and 30% walk in treatment/telephone OH Advice.

You will provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice. As well as providing other OH services where required such as vaccinations, travel health services, ergonomic advice, or health promotion for our clients. You will give clinical supervision and support to other team members where relevant.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualification in OH (Degree or Diploma) • Excellent written skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication • Excellent time management • Being competent in practice and knowing where to seek support to ensure safe practice • IT Literate • Understanding the principles of data protection and confidentiality • Excellent knowledge of OH and employment legislation • Case Management • General medicals and health surveillance Desired Skills • Part 3 on the NMC • Msc qualification in OH related field • Dual RMN/RN qualification • Able to present • Teaching and training ability • Advanced IT Skills • Knowledge of OH service in a wide range of settings • Management of OH Teams • Administration of vaccinations and travel health services • Advanced ergonomic advice
