The successful candidate will have previously worked within the NHS or healthcare and have a strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills. You will also have experience using systems such as PIMS, ETR, CRIS and CRS Manager. If this fits your skills and experience please read on!
Main Responsibilities:
Being a point of contact for patient queries on the front desk and answering phone calls
Managing the patient bookings
Sending out important information to patients, such as patient booklets, following hospital templates
Uploading cardiac MRI records in to the patient system
Ensuring that all records are up to date and follow the department and hospital processes
Working across NHS and University database systems
Updating patient contact and address details ensuring accuracy
Working on Excel spreadsheets
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience using PIMS, ETR, CRIS and CRS Manager ideal. NHS or hospital experience. Experience working in a radiology environment. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail.
