Job Description
You will work in a busy and friendly Traffic office, with three members of the management team, three traffic controllers, two members of customer services and one administrator. We operate Commercial waste and Recycling collections.
What will you be doing?
Assisting the Business Manager managing the income and outcome of the depot
Working closely with the accountants to monitor spend on disposal and other costs
Managing the payroll locally for the driver team
Raising PO’s and orders for items to maintain the service levels of the depot
Assisting the management team with HR duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to minimum GCSE in Math and English. IT literate, ideally having experience of Google Suite (not essential as training will be provided). Experience of raising and receipting of purchase orders and dealing with queries from suppliers. A friendly telephone manner, be confident with an outgoing personality and good time keeping skills. Ability to work on your own as well as in a team. Basic knowledge of the waste industry is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
