Job Description
You will:
- Use your excellent administration and organizational skills to support the day to day running of the services.
- Support, supervise and line manage two members of staff.
- Support with data input and data management.
- Work flexibly, sometimes under pressure, to communicate written and spoken information clearly.
- Support the service manager with all aspects of finance, including payment of invoices, monitoring expenditure, budget preparation and reviews and managing royalties.
- Have an eye for detail and understand the importance of good record keeping.
- Enjoy problem solving and managing a varied workload.
- Support the manager in making sure all H&S tasks are up to date.
