Job Description
You will:
Use your excellent administration and organizational skills to support the day to day running of the services.
Support, supervise and line manage two members of staff.
Support with data input and data management.
Work flexibly, sometimes under pressure, to communicate written and spoken information clearly.
Support the service manager with all aspects of finance, including payment of invoices, monitoring expenditure, budget preparation and reviews and managing royalties.
Have an eye for detail and understand the importance of good record keeping.
Enjoy problem solving and managing a varied workload.
Support the manager in making sure all H&S tasks are up to date.
