Job Description

You will be fluent in oral and written English, experience with SAP is preferred but not essential. Due to unprecedented growth, Sartorius are looking to appoint an experienced and confident Administrator and scheduler for a multi member team. This newly created position will be integral to the overall functionality of the UK Service Engineering function. With a strong drive towards accuracy and efficiency, the successful candidate will act as the central hub, working closely with clients to take request and provide quotations before liaising with the service engineering team to priorities and schedule requested tasks effectively. This role will ensure clarity and an efficient service delivery to drive maximum customer satisfaction.
You will accomplish together with us:

  • Coordinate the Field Technicians to ensure work is scheduled and completed
  • Point of Contact for all client queries and requests
  • Raise and provide service quotations
  • Updating the outstanding service works report on SAP
  • Process Technicians Spares orders
  • Invoicing and resolving invoice disputes
  • Run daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist with other administrative tasks within the service support team where necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working experience in a Service environment. Fluent in oral and written English. Experience with SAP preferred but not essential. Good communication across levels and functions. Good MS Office knowledge. Team motivated.
