Job Description
  • Lead on Administrative support including but not limited to; staff tracking, onboarding/off boarding, office support.
  • Support to the Executive Group (CEO, CoS, CRO & CTO) including diary management, meeting/event planning & minute taking.
  • Managing databases and archiving systems.
  • Managing Office supplies, including provision of IT hardware.
  • Creating and booking of travel itineraries.
  • Financial support including running expenses and invoicing accounting on behalf of the CEO.
  • Help setting and supporting the wider office culture, running wellbeing events and initiatives.

They will play a key role at the very core of the company helping set the culture and environment of a rapidly growing business.

  • Demonstrable experience of administrations support.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written English.
  • Proficient in the use of MS products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience of basic financial bookkeeping.
  • Should be a self-motivated, proactive individual capable of anticipating problems and suggesting solutions.
  • Good eye for detail, able to work without close supervision.
