You will be the face and engine room of our central support office, responsible for ensuring optimal organization and an exceptional experience, including the coordination of events and celebrations which are a core part of being part of Receiving all incoming calls and welcoming visitors to the office, you will have impeccable people skills and a desire to always go the extra mile.
You will be responsible for the management and organization of the office, ensuring that supplies, stationery and our communal kitchen area remain well-stocked and well-presented. This role will be central to facilities and supporting the training department’s face to face training, welcoming teams into the office and ensuring the facilities are ready for training to take place. Additionally, you will facilitate the leadership team coming together by offering administrative support, diary management and taking minutes during key meetings.
You will be able to step in and support multiple departments with administrative tasks as and when required. You will be a dynamic individual with a passion for operations, who isn’t fazed by a fast-paced and ever-changing environment!
