Job Description

We are highly experienced and support customers across the globe. We are expanding and to support this expansion we are recruiting a client to report directly into the Global Segment Head. You will manage all administrative aspects of the Services business, d raft reports for management and oversee rental agreements, licenses, loading and tracking service orders. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who wants to develop their knowledge in a highly specialized field, add value and work in a dynamic, fast paced innovative environment. You will:

  • Experience supporting high value products or services
  • Experience producing detailed reports, including basic analytics, using MS Office suite of products. Be fully IT literate with experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience loading and tracking orders through to delivery, providing updates both internally and to customers throughout the process.
  • The role is available on a full-time basis but for an exceptional candidate we may offer the part on a part time (minimum 30 hours) basis.
