Job Description
  • To liaise and communicate accurately and clearly with clients and other professional advisors, in order to operate, manage and administer the structures.
  • To calculate and pay all fees and expenses and to arrange approval and payment of all invoices received.
  • To arrange the transfer of funds including within the required deadlines, in accordance with the Company’s agreed procedures.
  • Ensure that the book-keeping and accounting arising from all transactions is performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To reconcile bank accounts in accordance with the Company’s agreed procedures and follow up any outstanding reconciling items.
  • To ensure that each structure’s cash is held in accordance with the constitutive documentation and service level agreements.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits for each individual entity
  • To review the cash position, ensuring that funds are available to cover all payments due out of the account and investing surplus cash accordingly to ensure that we optimize the client’s investment income.
  • To assist with the preparation of VAT returns.
  • Any other such duties that may be reasonably required for this role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational and planning skills. A strong academic background. Professionalism and ability to win the respect of clients. The ability to work on own initiative and to be part of a team. The ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in the Company. Excellent presentational, written and verbal communication skills. The drive to make continuous improvements.
