You will be an experienced administrator with exceptional communication skills and strong competence using Microsoft Office. You will be organized, hardworking and have a passion for the role that you do. Key duties and responsibilities will include but are not restricted to;
Day to Day managing on Time Gate System
Inputting starters and leavers to Time Gate System
Liaise with Managers on arbitrations and failed duties
Maintain arbitrations and failed duties in TimeGate, help site Managers when required
Clearing down all emails from Managers regarding changes to Time Gate
Run and analyze reports for payroll each week
Manage all change of details and schedules to Time Gate System
Placing orders for all cleaning sites on Procure Wizard
Clearing down all deliveries on Procure Wizard for accounts
Maintaining Procure Wizard – informing of opening and closing of sites
Maintaining Client Portal for jobs and invoicing
Liaising with Area Managers on portal jobs that come through for clients
Manage running of Central Process for the one-off jobs, contract management changes, any other central management as requires
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, to suit the needs of the business.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal Candidate will have: Good knowledge of excel, pulling together excel information. Good knowledge and understanding of raising invoicing for accounts. Good knowledge of maintaining client portals and advantage. Good knowledge of payroll administration an advantage. Good knowledge of multi-site contract management an advantage. Experience in dealing with email queries, telephone queries an advantage. Experience in multi-site contracts an advantage. Good communication and telephone manner a must. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge on Time Gate would be advantageous. Working knowledge on Procure Wizard would be advantageous.
