Job Description

This is a 12 month fixed term contract relocation administration job. You will support and manage the company’s growing, diverse expat population, managing relocation cases and providing an effective and efficient administrative support service across the function.

  • Maintain and update internal documentation such as check lists, templates etc.
  • Run, analyst and manage various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports including UK Visa expiry dates, international medical enrolment data etc.
  • Review all invoices from vendors and itemize them in the HR system
  • Assist the Global Mobility managers with drafting key relocation documentation including loan deposit memos, mortgage letters, reference letters for letting agents etc.
  • Work closely with the Global Mobility Manager in executing the internal immigration processes to ensure existing hires are compliant with UK Government requirements
  • Manage visa applications, monitor and track progress of immigration applications for international assignments and transfers
  • Flag potential issues with the HR and recruitment teams
  • Over time, there is potential to manage a caseload – helping produce international assignment and relocation letters, conducting briefings with new hires, assignees and transferees, providing advice etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous practical work experience of global mobility administration – VISA processing, immigration, relocations, secondments, international recruitment Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships; Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure; Highly numerate with a high level of attention to detail; Good communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills; Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team; Ability to interact successfully with a diverse global community; A strong customer service and quality orientation.
