Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Part-time HR Manager are full generalist scope, offering advice to managers, supporting recruitment processes, working to improve employee engagement, updating policies and procedures, upskilling and coaching staff, building working relationships with people at all levels both internal and external, creating and analysing reports. The role is based near Wilmslow.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • CIPD qualified or graduate equivalent
  • strong experience from a similar background
  • a self-starter, able to hit the ground running
  • ability to work under own initiative
  • strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • computer literate on MS Office and HR systems
