Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the employee absence process
  • Provide advice to Managers and Key Stakeholders based on HR related queries
  • Conduct employee hearings - including investigations and disciplinaries
  • Recruitment administration - incuding the drafting of contracts and offer letters
  • Ensure the HR database is kept up to date
  • Be the key HR contact for the International site which will involve travel once a month
  • Support in the recruitment of new employees
  • Keep updated with key legislation


Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualifed - minimum of Level 3
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience - including supporting the investigation and disciplinary process
  • Experience of providing HR advice
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel once a month to the international site
