The role is working as part of a wider HR Team and comes with plenty of scope for future progression.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner your responsibilities will include:
*Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and managers on all ER issues as required
*Management of Maternity/Paternity & Adoption across business areas
*Coach and influence managers from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills
*Mange all formal performance management cases across the division.
*Writing job specs and adverts that truly reflect the nature of each role.
*Reviewing applications, and pre-screening candidates before CVs are submitted to line managers.
*Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other methods if required.
*Speaking to candidates and updating them on the process regularly.
*Arranging interviews, and diary managing line managers, as well as preparing candidates for interviews.
About You
*At least two years solid HR experience
*Experience advising managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
*Ability to deal with all levels of staff in a persuasive and credible manner
*Strong technical skills and a good working knowledge of current employment legislation
*A dynamic, adaptable and resilient personality, eager to excel in your career
*Confident with operating in a fast paced, high change environment
*Preferably latter stages of CIPD
