The organisation are proud of their recent expansion and are in turn now recruiting a full-time HR and Recruitment Manager.

You will manage over 90 people in the capacity of HR Manager with the assistance of administration staff.

The role require a multi tasker who enjoys both HR Management and Recruitment.

• Performance and absence management
• Contracts of Employment
• Producing HR letters
• Probation Meetings
• Advertising new vacancies and promoting a great place to work
• You will be expected to network within the Stockport and South Manchester communities building up contacts within recruitment arenas, job centres and training hubs.
• You will be responsible for the full on boarding process for new employees.

A HR Qualification is required for this role.

Any complex HR issues can be assisted by utilising an existing outsourced HR provider.

Experience In managing Administration staff would be advantageous as this is a very team orientated organisation.
